Management

Strategic Analytics
Targeted Approach’s strategic analysis expertise is founded in our Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) work for the Department of Defense as well as our concept and capabilities support to the Department of Defense and Industry partners. Products include Service and Corporate Strategies as well as Capability and Technology Road Maps. Our work supports our clients in the development and acquisition of technical systems and warfighting enablers. Our team ensures our approaches and recommendations are grounded in defensible analytics. We adhere to industry and government approved processes and frameworks to ensure outputs are repeatable and testable.
Facilitation
To assist our clients in understanding complex problems, Targeted Approach uses state of the art, web-based decision support tools. Using these tools, when combined with Targeted Approach certified facilitators, helps our clients dissect, understand and reach actionable recommendations or decisions. Our web-based tools allow us to support on-line, virtual sessions as well as a client-site facilitation and collaboration which helps expand group participation and brainstorming. In combination with our Strategic Analytics approach, we deliver high-quality products that enable the visualization of recommended solutions.
Training
Targeted Approach supports our client’s through a variety of training, development and workforce analysis solutions. Our expertise includes analysis, instruction, operations, doctrine development, force management and leadership curricula. We provide support to help our clients understand future force requirements by accommodating changes and additions to training and education programs, and initiatives needed to address new capabilities across the Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) continuum derived from evolving or new emerging concepts, doctrines and tactics, techniques and procedures.
Logistics
Targeted Approach supports our clients by driving innovation and analysis in support of future logistics concepts and strategies. We focus on integrating policy guidance, resourcing and processes that support effective employment of forces and readiness across Department of Defense logistics functions, operations, and execution.
