Targeted Approach, LLC. holds a Multiple Award Schedule GSA consolidation contract. This allows us to meet the needs of our customers in the areas of Supply Chain Logistics and Engineering. GSA’s new single schedule features a simplified format with streamlined terms and conditions, new large categories and subcategories, and updated Special Item Numbers (SINs) that make it easier for agency partners to buy services and solutions. LP Professional Services IDIQ

Targeted Approach provides professional services to support DC Installations & Logistics (I&L), through the various branches under the Assistant Deputy Commandant I&L, Logistics Plans, Policies and Strategic Mobility Division (ADC (LP)).

Targeted Approach provides policy guidance, study current programs, make program improvement recommendations, perform database development and analysis, conduct Modeling and Simulation, provide Operational Advisory Group (OAG) participation and management support, develop training requirements, perform information management and technical services, logistics information management system software development and support, and transportation finance support. This support is critical in for enhancing the lethality of the MAGTF through logistics speed, agility and flexibility.

MAGTF Training Systems Support (MTSS)

Targeted Approach provides support for unit- and staff- level training exercises at the Service, Joint, and Combined level; functional and technical modeling and simulation support; support to formal learning centers; support for Training and Readiness (T&R) development; cybersecurity services, and computer network/ancillary IT support services.

Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Strategic Workforce Analysis, Planning and Management Support Services IDIQ

Targeted Approach helps supports the implementation of strategic workforce planning and analysis initiatives to support Career Field Managers (CFM) and organizational talent and position management requirements. Our team leverages industry and functional workforce and career management best practices in order to link workforce requirements to the accomplishment and integration of DIA’s mission and strategic objectives of each Career Field (CF) and support the growth of CF management and DIA officers across the defense enterprise. This support includes the assessments of CF health, training needs and establishes analytics to forecast CF needs.

Capabilities Development Directorate (CDD) Technical Support Services

Targeted Approach provides support for technical, analytical, engineering and capability portfolio management support to the Director, Capabilities Development Directorate (CDD), Deputy Commandant Combat Development and Integration (DC CD&I). Targeted Approach helps support the development of comprehensive Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) documents and analysis of existing capabilities to define capability gaps, capability needs and approaches to provide those capabilities within a specified functional or operational area. Efforts include JCIDS/MC CBA assessment components (Capability Analysis, Gap Analysis, Solutions Analysis, and Risk Analysis) and conducting assessments of training and education standards development. Performance areas include both overarching and Division-centric support areas that will be delineated by individual task orders.

USMC Research and Innovative Technical Analysis (RITA) Services 2.0

Targeted Approach helps provide advanced research and innovative technical analysis services to fulfill studies and analyses; and Marine Corps Study System requirements as determined by Deputy Commandant, Combat Development and Integration (DC, CD&I). Studies may include, but are not limited to: requirements analysis, system engineering assessments, manpower and training analyses, weapons system analyses, scenario development, cost estimation and cost benefit analyses, intelligence studies, Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), JCIDS analyses, business process and improvement support, consulting, documentation, report and plans.

OASIS Pool 1

Targeted Approach currently supports OASIS Pool 1 primes across several task orders. This Pool comprises efforts primarily engaged in applying physical laws and principles of engineering in the design, development, and utilization of machines, materials, instruments, structures, processes, and systems. The assignments undertaken under this pool may involve any of the following activities: provision of advice, preparation of feasibility studies, preparation of preliminary and final plans and designs, provision of technical services during the construction or installation phase, inspection, and evaluation of engineering projects, and related services. For example, the scope of this Pool covers Engineering, Mapping, Testing, Management/Business Consulting, Human Resources, Marketing/Public Relations, and Logistics Consulting.
